We offer a truly personal and seamless bridal experience. From your first appointment with our experienced Bridal Stylists through to your final fitting with our in-house alterations team, every detail is handled by professionals who genuinely care. With bridal gowns, veils, accessories, styling and alterations all under one roof, the journey from finding your gown to perfecting your final look is effortless.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment at Belle et Blanc Bridal Boutique is a personalised 90 minute consultation with one of our expert Bridal Stylists.
Your stylist will take the time to understand your wedding vision, personal style and what you are looking for in a gown, before guiding you through our carefully curated collections. From discovering the most flattering silhouettes to refining the finer details, your appointment is designed to feel relaxed and personal to you.
Weekend appointments are limited and often book out in advance, so we recommend securing your preferred time early.
Is there a charge for bridal appointments?
Yes. Our appointment structure allows us to provide each bride with dedicated time, expert guidance and a personalised styling experience.

What happens during my second appointment?
Your complimentary second appointment is an opportunity to revisit your favourite gowns and move closer to finding the one.
Your Bridal Stylist will guide you through your shortlisted styles, refine the details and offer expert styling advice to help you confidently finalise your wedding gown.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
To ensure you secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking your bridal appointment 2 to 3 weeks in advance.
Weekend appointments are our most sought after and often book out quickly, so we recommend booking early if you are hoping to visit us on a Saturday or Sunday.
When should I start shopping for my wedding gown?
We recommend beginning your bridal gown search approximately 8 to 10 months before your wedding day.
This allows time for your gown to be made and delivered, followed by fittings and alterations to ensure everything is beautifully prepared for your wedding.
If your wedding is sooner, please contact our boutique. Depending on the designer and gown, rush orders and off the rack options may be available.
How many guests can I bring?
To ensure your appointment remains comfortable, relaxed and intimate, we welcome the bride plus up to three guests.
We find a smaller group allows you to truly focus on how you feel in each gown while still sharing the experience with those closest to you.
Do you sell sample gowns off the rack?
Yes. A selection of our boutique sample gowns is available to purchase off the rack at special pricing.
These gowns are available for immediate purchase, making them an excellent option for brides working with a shorter timeline or looking for a beautiful designer gown at exceptional value.
Availability, sizing and styles vary throughout the year.
What sizes are your sample gowns?
Our boutique sample gowns typically range from AU sizes 8 to 16, with sizing varying across designers and collections.
Depending on the designer, most gowns can be ordered from AU sizes 2 to 26.
At Belle et Blanc, we believe every bride deserves to feel beautiful, confident and celebrated. Our experienced Bridal Stylists will thoughtfully guide you through our collection, helping you explore silhouettes and styles that reflect your individual style.
When will my gown arrive?
Your gown will generally arrive approximately 8 to 10 weeks before your wedding date.
This provides time for your alterations and final fittings so your gown can be tailored beautifully in preparation for your wedding day.
Do you offer bridal alterations?
Yes. Belle et Blanc offers an in house bridal alterations service to help achieve the perfect fit and finish for your gown.
Your first alterations consultation is $90. During this appointment, our seamstress will check the fit of your gown, discuss your alteration requirements and provide guidance on the work required.
The $90 fitting fee is fully redeemable towards your alteration works should you proceed with alterations through Belle et Blanc.
Alterations are a separate service and are quoted individually depending on the work required.
How many alteration fittings will I need?
Most brides require approximately two to three alteration fittings before their wedding day.
The number of fittings will depend on your gown, the alterations required and the complexity of the work. Our alterations team will guide you through the process and recommend the appropriate fitting schedule for your gown.
What are your payment terms?
A 75% deposit is required when placing your gown order.
The remaining 25% balance is payable upon collection of your gown.
Your Bridal Stylist will explain your order, expected delivery timeframe and payment schedule before your order is finalised.
Do you offer veils and bridal accessories?
Yes. We offer a carefully curated collection of veils and bridal accessories designed to complete your wedding day look.
Your stylist can introduce accessories during your bridal appointment so you can experience your complete look with your gown, or you are welcome to return for a dedicated styling appointment at a later date.
