Leila and Miled tied the knot on the 5th of December 2020. They were married at Witchmount Estate, nestled on 10 acres of natural Warrandyte bushland on Bramleigh Estate, it is a luxury escape for a private, intimate wedding with family and friends.
Leila shares with us how they went from high school sweethearts to finding forever in each other, “ My wedding day was one of the best days of life, I felt like a princess marrying her Prince Charming. It all started about 8 years ago as high school sweet hearts, Miled was everything I needed and more, he is more then just my husband, my lover or my best friend, he is my better and my other half.”
Leila tells us about the wedding day which was a day full of celebration and partying, Lebanese style, “I couldn’t wait for the day of 5th of December 2021 to finally come; we had to plan a wedding within 6 weeks due to Covid restrictions and rules at that time. We couldn’t wait any longer, we wanted to share every single second together, and it was so worth it! The butterflies were kicking in, the morning of the wedding. I had no sleep due to excitement and being nervous, but it was the best day of my life knowing I’m marrying my love.”
Leila continues, “The day started at my parents house with the traditional Lebanese drums, singing and dancing, with the groom’s family coming to collect me and take me to the church, the black mustang was waiting outside with all the cars beeping and singing, I was ready to party. The night ended equally with a bang; all you could hear was Mr and Mrs Barbar echoing in the reception, with fairy lights twinkling, fireworks blazing, and the Lebanese drummers were booming, what a night it was!”
Belle et Blanc bride ‘Leila’ came into our bridal store and picked out the stunning ‘Chloe’ wedding dress, a gorgeous fit and flare gown in beautiful lace. Leila tells us, “As soon as I stepped into Belle et Blanc, I felt like I was shopping for my wedding dress. With so little time, the ladies at Belle et Blanc made it work with their dedicated customer service and professionalism. It was such a pleasant experience, I knew then and there, the dress was for me. My husband was speechless when he saw me in my wedding dress.”
