Konstantina & Giorgio

Konstantina and Giorgio tied the knot on January 13th, 2024 at Saint Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church, followed by a reception at the elegant Sheldon Receptions. With over 20 years of experience, Sheldon Receptions will help you create the picture-perfect wedding of your dreams.

Konstantina had no clue Giorgio was going to propose, and after 5 years of a long distance relationship, Giorgio proposed in Sydney at the Sofitel hotel, and then later continued their celebration on a sunset dinner cruise around the Sydney harbour. Konstantina tells us, “I was heading up to Sydney to visit him for the weekend. The hotel room was decorated with rose petals from the entrance of the door and a heart shaped out of red roses in the bed, with red heart balloons surrounding the ceiling of the bed and a box of red roses personalised with ‘Will you marry me?’ on it and the date 07/05/2022. After seeing the set-up upon entering, and Giorgio kneeling down on one knee, I was completely lost for words.”

Belle et Blanc bride ‘Konstantina’ came into our bridal store and picked out the stunning ‘Violet’ wedding dress, a gorgeous ballgown with exquisite lace and beading detailing. Konstantina tells us, “It was love at first sight when I first tried on the ‘Violet” ballgown it was just perfect; I felt like a princess. Belle et Blanc was so amazing and helpful towards helping me find my dream gown, you just know when the dress is the one, and the staff made the fitting process easy. I received so many compliments abut how beautiful the dress was on my wedding day.”

The wedding day for Konstantina and Giorgio was such a wonderful day, accompanied by their nearest and dearest friends and family. Konstantina tells us, “We both felt nervous on the wedding day, until we saw each other at the church, and all our nerves went away. The day was perfect, and we will cherish the memories forever.
